YOUR BROWSER, YOUR CHOICE
Cookie Policy
Cookies and browser storage support essential functions and separately consented measurement.
Essential storage
Authenticated admin sessions use an essential HttpOnly session cookie. Google Business connection uses a separate ten-minute, browser-bound OAuth cookie that is cleared on callback. Browser storage remembers privacy choices and may support site functions. These are distinct from optional analytics.
Optional analytics
Local analytics and configured Google Analytics 4 are enabled only after analytics consent. They measure visits and public interactions, not enquiry form contents or admin activity. Local event records expire after 30 days on the next analytics write or report visit; Google has separate cookie and data retention settings.
Optional recordings
Configured Microsoft Clarity requires a separate masked-recordings choice. It uses eligible public pages with strict text masking and excludes detailed tour, contact, enquiry and admin pages. Google Analytics consent does not enable Clarity. Provider cookie lifetimes are controlled by the provider and configuration.
Change your choice
Use the privacy controls on the Privacy Policy page to decline or switch off analytics and masked recordings. Switching off stops future optional tracking and clears supported first-party tracking cookies. Browser settings can also remove or block cookies; blocking essential cookies may prevent admin login or Google connection. Browser Do Not Track and Global Privacy Control signals are respected for optional measurement.
Other services
Google Maps, social links and communication services operate under their own policies when loaded or opened. Their storage is not the same as our optional analytics preferences. See Privacy Policy for data handling and service-provider details.
