Request a quote for your dates, group size, vehicle and room sharing. Your written quote specifies the per-person or private-group basis, taxes, supplements and payment schedule. Departure dates are on request until confirmed. Fuel is excluded for this expedition. For eligible fixed departures, the booking amount is non-refundable and its value is stated in your quote. Payment milestones: 50% of total cost at 45 days before departure; full settlement at 21 days. Bookings within 30 days require full payment immediately. The quote resolves payment timing for intermediate booking dates. A refundable ₹10,000 motorcycle deposit is separate from the package price.

Refundable ₹10,000 motorcycle deposit and optional riding-gear hire
Chargeable spare parts, motorcycle recovery and stays outside tour dates

Cancellation & rescheduling

For TMA-operated Spiti/Leh fixed-departure motorcycle bookings: cancellation 32 or more days before departure forfeits the booking amount; any remaining balance is refunded. Cancellation 31–21 days before departure costs 50% of the total package price. At 20 days or fewer, the charge is 100%, with no refund or date change. No-shows incur 100%. Deadlines use the confirmed departure date in IST. Private bookings require separately agreed terms. Request the complete operator policy before payment.

Final price and seat availability require confirmation. An enquiry does not reserve a seat or confirm any service.

Proposed day-wise itinerary. Stops, overnight arrangements, seasonal access and travel pace are confirmed in your written proposal. Prices, dates and inclusions are confirmed separately. High-pass crossings and Chandratal visits depend on road access; allow time for rest and route changes.

Yes. Weather, road access, permits and group needs may change the route. Your proposal will explain the suggested schedule and relevant conditions.

Is the listed duration fixed?+

It is a starting point for planning, not a guaranteed schedule. Travel time, rest and acclimatisation may require a longer or different itinerary.

What does the price include?+

The total quote lists the route, stay category, transport, meals, taxes, exclusions, and payment terms. Services are included only when written in that quote.

Can I enquire as a solo traveller?+

Yes. Choose one traveller and tell us your dates. We will discuss suitable group options and confirm availability before booking.
